If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may exchange or return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order. This only applies to products purchased directly from Consciously Green.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied, have an issue or want to return any item(s) to Consciously Green, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.

  • Consciously Green Order Number
  • Purchase Date
  • Items you will be Returning

As soon as your item(s) are received, we will process your refund on the same day.

Damaged Goods

Please contact info@consciously-green.com if a product has arrived damaged.

Damaged products can be refunded or replaced, simply contact us with a photo of the damaged item.
